Meal Plan 6/17/2019
Sunday
- migas breakfast tacos
- didn't use a recipe. just sauteed some onion, jalapeno and tomato, then added scrambled eggs. when cooked through, added a handful of crushed tortilla chips and grated cheddar. serve on warm tortillas with salsa
- bacon
Monday
Wednesday
- tilapia two ways (didn't make this last week so making this week!)
- oven fries - use roasted potatoes recipe but cut potatoes into french fry shapes
- steamed broccoli with lemon butter
- steam broccoli in steamer basket until tender
- melt butter in microwave and add lemon, salt and cayenne
- drizzle butter over steamed broccoli
