- steamed artichoke
- avocado/tomato green salad
- 3/4 of an avocado
- large tomato, diced
- drizzle of white wine vinegar (1 TBSP?)
- 1 tsp grated garlic
- drizzle of olive oil (1.5 TBSP?)
- salt and pepper
- add 1/2 head of chopped romaine and toss to combine
- this was my oldest's request for her back to school dinner!

- whole wheat rotini with 5 minute marinara
- roasted eggplant
- caesar salad
